  • Valid IPAF Operator license/certification
  • Proven experience operating IPAF equipment, including scissor lifts and boom lifts
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to IPAF equipment operation
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety manuals, and equipment specifications
  • Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring manual labor and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
