Business Development Manager - Business Consultancy - £60,000 - £70k + Great Benefits Package.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Growing new business sales and taking customers through the sales process.
  • Plan and implement lead generation and sales growth strategies.
  • Create growth plans and strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to source potential leads.
  • Generate, nurture and close new business opportunities.
  • Successfully manage the whole sales process and build relations with clients.
  • Provide the best solutions for new customers.
  • Potential to develop a new sales team in the future so managerial experience would be an advantage.
  • Work with marketing to develop and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Experience Business Development Manager, with experience in developing major accounts.
  • Will have proven B2B experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Have consultative and Solution Sales experience.
  • Have previous experience selling to executive and Clevel clients.
  • A good understanding of the digital workplace platforms and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, influencing and networking skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
