Henley

Mon-Thurs - 9am-5pm

Fri - 9am-3.30pm

£40,000 - £45,000 +Annual Bonus

My client are well recognised
manufacturer of water boosting and pump solutions and arecurrently needing a Quality Manager to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis and help take them to the next level.

As the Quality Manager you will play an integral part in ensuring that all products are built to the highest possible standards, as well as being able to continually learn and improve from market feedback from clients and ensure that specifications and processesare designed to deliver quality and repeatability.

As Quality Manager you will ideally have experience working within a manufacturing/engineering business and have previously lead quality within said organisation or business group.

You will also have experience developing and maintaining the industry standardquality process and have practical experience in manufacturing processes, production testing, quality assurance testing, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis.


Key roles & responsibilities as Quality Manager:

  • Develop, implement and maintain quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain KPI's to monitor product quality both in market and throughout production, use the data to drive change and improvement.
  • Identify, understand and resolve product quality issues.
  • Understand customer expectations, support the project teams to build critical to quality requirement into product specifications.
  • Evaluate work instructions.
  • Evaluate component and assembly drawings ahead of release for production.
  • Ensure products are designed and built in adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Manage site conformance to ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Qualifications, skills & Experience as Quality Manager: - Experienced in leading quality within an organisation or business group.

  • Skilled in developing and maintaining industry standard quality processes.
  • A creative problem solver.
  • A desire to understand, probe and resolve issues through practical thinking and investigation.
  • Practical experience in manufacturing processes, production testing, quality assurance testing, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis.
  • Utilise advanced engineering skills and knowledge to provide strong and established solutions.
  • Data driven and analytical.
  • Be comfortable challenging the norms, be the champion of quality for the business.
