Description
Superglass is a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation.

We currently have an opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator / PA to CFO to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.

This is a brand-new role to support growth in the business and our exciting plans for the future.

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellence in maintenance of HR Systems while upholding diligence to GDPR requirements and uncompromising respect to confidentiality.

The role also involves producing and issuing timely and accurate management information relating to key people metrics, ensuring integrity of all people data and working towards modern digital solutions.

The role also provides personal assistance to the Chief Finance Officer, acting as a trusted support as required.


HR Systems Administrator / Personal Assistant to CFO - Accountabilities

  • Ensures Health, Safety and Wellbeing of self and shows to commitment to ensuring that safety is our number one priority;
  • Maintaining HR systems as required to provide single point of truth for all people related data and ensuring a high level of data integrity is maintained;
  • Maintain Time and Attendance system;
  • Adhering to all GDPR principles;
  • Create and maintain appropriate electronic filing systems for people related data;
  • Produce monthly management information reports in a timely manner ensuring accuracy;
  • Collaborate with payroll colleagues;
  • Provide ideas and input to the modernisation of all people related data storage and filing;
  • Provide confidential support to the Chief Finance Officer, maintaining diaries, scheduling meetings, and make travel arrangements;
  • Produce accurate minutes of meetings including board meetings.

What we need from you

  • You will need to be a highly skilled administrator, preferably in an HR Department;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint and open to learn more;
  • Highly numerate;
  • Knowledge of GDPR;
  • Experience of HRIS preferably SAP Success Factors;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with confidential information;
