Description

We are looking for an amazing new speciality barista to join our team.

We are an award winning Australian family owned and operated cafe in the heart of Covent Garden, with a strong loyal clientele and an amazing tight knit small team.

We serve high-end brunch and speciality coffee in an architect designed space. We offer great pay, easy going and caring management style and an enjoyable atmosphere

We use award winning speciality beans from central and South America, a fantastic Slayer Steam X machine, Anfim and Mahlkonig grinders, Puq Press, etc.

Must have barista experience, specifically in Speciality coffee

- intermediate to advanced latte art skills
- knows how to open and close coffee machines, dial in grinders, clean an espresso machine etc
- ability to follow our coffee recipe (temp, time, weight etc)
- skilled with milk steaming
- meticulous, clean and organised
- you are upbeat, friendly and always with a smile on their face
- you have high level customer service skills
- you're a team player and will fully integrate into your staff team
- you are able to follow instructions as well as run their own section themselves
- you can take initiative and are comfortable with a fast pace

- Flexible in moving between service and bar is essential.
