Salary:
Starting at £22,308 per annum and raising to £24,823 per annum after completion of probation with additional monthly bonus of up to £150

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)

Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Accounts Department for an Accounts Administrator. This role is perfect for someone looking for a career in finance and administration. No previous experience is required as full on-the-job training will be provided. However, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

This role is part of a small team, so you will also need high levels of personal motivation and resilience partnered with a personable and approachable personality that supports the team.
Cancellations of alarm systems on Sentinel and with suppliers.
Raising manual invoices and credit notes in Sage.
Maintaining customer records on Sage, Sentinel.
Price amendments for existing customers if they receive new quotes.
Running reports for installers/departments and adding relevant charges to billing and for audits within our department.
Performing any other reasonable tasks as needed

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

Experience in administration is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills; comfortable speaking to customers.
High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Team player who shows initiative.
