The Investor Service Associate join the clients growing business to provide support to our Investor Services team, currently a team of 4 people but set to grow in the immediate future.

The role requires a consistently high standard of work and excellentattention to detail.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of aspects of an expanding Asset Management business and really add value to a busy and energetic team.

The client is a financial services business which is an award-winning investment manager, and a leading provider of growth capital to UK SMEs and property finance to developers and real estate investors


Description
The key duties for the Investor Service Associate are as follows:

  • Producing and distributing scheduled investor/adviser communications such as valuation statements, product reports, investment or divestment notifications, etc.
  • Processing of legal documents for investors and their estates, along with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
  • Maintaining electronic client records in an orderly and comprehensive manner across multiple systems and thirdparty partners
  • Assist with training junior staff members and new joiners
  • Undertake regular review of Investor Services manuals as submit revisions where needed
  • Ensure that any material issues are reported to the team manager in a timely manner
  • Oversee and/or assist junior members with resolving operational incidents and client complaints

Profile
The pre-requisites for the Investor Service Associate are as follows:

  • Strong academic record
  • Some experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role would be beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of dealing with clients in a professional and confidential manner
  • 2+ years in financial services
