Office Angels currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Education Software Trainer, to join our client who is based in Gateshead, on a permanent contract basis.

  • Salary: £24,480
  • Location: Gateshead, street parking available and close to public transport links

  • Friday 8:30AM 4.30PM, Monday

  • Based in a modern, top floor office in Gateshead, with stunning views of Tyneside

The role:


Duties / Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing customers by providing online support and training to customers on the company product
  • Booking appointments
  • Hosting webinars
  • Maintain accurate records on our Customer Relationship Management System
  • General administration tasks
  • Provide online support and training to customers (largely primary and secondary schools)
  • Report customer feedback to senior team

Essential Abilities:


  • Ability to be adaptable in order to meet the demands of this developing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using Teams/Zoom to hold meetings (similar platforms)


  • Excellent ICT skills

  • Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint
  • GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English.
  • A DBS check will be required for this role.

To be successful in this role, previous or current experience of working in education, training or teaching reading, is highly beneficial, as the software you will be providing training on is relevant to the education industry.
