We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading clients within the Transport sector They are currently looking for a talented IT Infrastructure Manager to manage a team of six IT Support and Infrastructure Engineers.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

you will be responsible for managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure, networks, and cyber security for all group office and flagship locations in the UK and Europe.

Alongside this, you will drive the cloud migration strategy moving away from appliance-basedservices to a true cloud environment

Lead the infrastructure team in the delivery of projects, BAU, and support escalations.
Collaborate closely with the IT Services Manager and IT Services team to ensure escalated incidents and requests are resolved to SLA
Responsible for defining and ensuring that infrastructure is reaching its targeted SLAs
Working with the Security Team to ensure the whole environment and offices are secure against cyber security risk
Responsible for Disaster Recovery plan and regular testing to deliver continuity in the event of an incident
Support the business in identifying and delivering quality and value from key vendors/suppliers
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders across the business to align IT solutions to documented standards
Ensures resources, capabilities, and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand
