I have the pleasure of working with this well established and highly successful fast fashion supplier close to Aldgate East to assist them in finding an Executive/Personal Assistant for their wonderful CEO/Co-Owner.

She needs her Personal Assistant to support across private and business needs. She is wonderful and seeks someone who is trustworthy, friendly and approachable.

You must have ample experience supporting as a PA/EA a role to senior level, we are open to industries though you must be used to a fast pace of working and ever changing requirements, fashion, retail or fashion manufacturing would be highly advantageous.

Thepersonality fit and desire for a long term role is essential (her prior PA was with her for 9 years).


Daily you will assist with:

  • Assist the dynamic CEO/Founder on all matters relating to the organisation of the company operations, with some ad hoc personal tasks, ensuring priorities are met
  • Be the righthand person and gatekeeper to the CEO, providing proactive and efficient executive, administrative and project support, ad hoc personal shopping
  • Make national and international payments on CEO's behalf
  • Travel planning for Board and Senior team
  • Act as first point of contact among executives, senior employees, clients and other external partners filtering and prioritising enquiries and tasks
  • Support the CEO in the management of the Company's workflows by creating critical paths and maintaining project list
  • Project manage ad hoc projects
  • Research and analytical reporting on key project initiatives
  • Reviewing and managing company expenses
  • Attend senior meeting and minute taking where appropriate
  • Identify and contribute to the efficiency of our business
  • Arranging dinners, social events, and public appearances; Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
  • Possess strong London and international knowledge of the luxury world (restaurants, hotels, clubs.)
  • Managing Office Manager and Receptionist
  • Keep up to date on trends and send weekly high street trend reports on request.
  • Keep track and collate monthly expenses
  • Liaise with bank managers, nannies, and household/external staff.
  • Oversee business project and explore any new business ventures or opportunities.
You will be your CEOs right hand, supporting where you can.
A busy and engaging role you will want to work full time in the office near Aldgate/Whitechapel alongside your CEO and friendly social team (approx. 120 people in the office) - with the opportunity for 1 day per week working from home - she is respectful ofout of hours contact. You can choose your hours between 8am - 5pm, - 5 or 9am to 6pm. You will also finish early on a Friday (3/4 or 4 dependent on your start time).
