Opportunity to join a growing City of London based Wealth Management company
Training will be given, with opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework along with scope within the role to progress and develop your knowledge and formal qualifications if you desire.
You will be the dedicated support to Directors, and leadership team where required, providing administrative and operational support and ensuring the smooth running of the Directors office and board meetings.
The Role
- Implement, operate, and maintain (as directed) effective systems, processed and procedures which enable optimising time.
- Manage company administration tasks relating to assigned Director.
- Assist with tasks which relate to personal administration of assigned Director.
- Communicate effectively within the business, to clients and third parties.
- Prepare management summary reports.
- Attend meetings and effectively record minutes and actions.
- Support the effectiveness of the leadership team through general administrative support as required.
- Management of social media for assigned Director.
- Execute actions from client meetings, including sending LOA's and onboarding documents, chasing missing information from clients, providers, doctors, SJP admin centres, registering clients for all relevant systems.
- Ensuring all client data is correct on internal and thirdparty systems.
- Processing simple plan requests from clients including pausing regular contributions, withdrawal requests and fund switched. Ensuring all compliance is followed.
The person
- Previous experience working as an Assistant.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion, ability to multitask and be able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and data.
Salary:
£17,690.46-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
