Experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative - Residential/Commercial Maintenance

Are you an experienced grounds maintenance operative with a knack for maintaining exquisite residential / commercial grounds?

Join our esteemed gardening company as a experienced grounds maintenance operative to oversee and manage on of our established residential/commercial maintenance rounds.

Responsibilities:

Residential Maintenance: Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance for residential properties.
Grounds maintenance: Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance for commercial properties.
Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Quality Assurance: Uphold our company's high standards of garden care and aesthetics across all maintained properties.
Task Management: Efficiently plan and execute gardening tasks, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in residential/commercial gardens/premises.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of plants, garden care, horticultural techniques, and landscaping principles.
Site Management experience.
Valid PA1 & PA6 Sprayer licence
Enhanced DBS
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining garden aesthetics and quality standards.
Client-Centric: Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
