Finance Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? We have an exciting opportunity for you As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you'll be joining our dedicated team in NP20, Newport.
This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic financial environment while contributing to the success of a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase ledgers.
- Handle customer and supplier queries promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements accurately.
- Process payroll and maintain journals.
- Generate credit control and creditors payment reports.
- Complete VAT returns
- Assist with trial balance and produce financial reports.
- Undertake general admin tasks and office supply management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance/book keeping preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Effective time management and communication.
- Relevant qualification advantageous but not essential.
Hours & Pay
- Enjoy the flexibility of 1618 hours per week competitive salary of £12 per hour, with weekly pay ensuring your hard work is promptly rewarded.
Benefits & Requirements:
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
