Description
Bibby Hygiene are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to work at our head office in Wigan. We specialise in waste management & hygiene services.

Duties include

  • Working closely with drivers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Day to day management of customer accounts.
  • Dealing with customer queries and any ad hoc requests.
  • Arranging quotes for inbound potential customers.
  • Arranging for additions and cancelations by customer request.
  • Answering the phone in a confident and professional manner.
  • Checking delivery notes and job sheets for mistakes and for extra billing.
  • Management of subcontractors, including additions and cancelations.

  • Confident user of computer software
  • Able to manage workloads effectively
