A position has become available for a motivated and conscientious Shopfitting Joiner foreman with a strong work ethic to join our friendly team based in Ossett, Wakefield.

The Company

We are a successful, ambitious and expanding privately owned family company. We design, manufacture and install our own bespoke equipment for the retail sector.

Our customer portfolio is extensive and includes Estee Lauder, Aldi, Home Bargains and B&M to name a few across the UK and Eire.

The Role

You will be required to work overtime as required, to carry out your duties as necessitated by the needs of the business including weekends and nights.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points. Category C1E would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities

Gather all information required from various departments prior to going out to site to install the equipment.

Able to work unsupervised with the ability to show initiative

Organise fixers and the training of new staff when on site

Organise the loading of equipment onto vehicles

Responsible for the installation of equipment delivered to site, which must be of a high standard and completed to the required deadlines

Report any problems incurred on site

Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and expenses sheets

Maintain all tools / equipment both personal and company and report any faulty equipment

Comply with the company and clients Health & Safety regulations

Report back any accidents, which may occur when on site
