Description

This full-service interiors studio and supplier of bespoke cabinetry and specialist joinery has successful collaborations with prominent private and commercial clients both in the UK and abroad.

The company is in the process of acquiring and setting up a new workshop and are seeking a Production Manager who relishes a challenge.

You will be working across a variety of machinery and processes and will be involved at the ground floor level of an excitingnew operation to service a large existing customer base.

An ability to interpret sketches and drawings
Strong planning and organisational skills in order to project manage the production of furniture and cabinetry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills
An ability to set up and operate machinery, including panel saws, surface planers, mortisers, thicknessers, tenoners, spindle moulders, rip saws, pillar drills and band saws to cut and shape a variety of wood and wood substitutes
Have an understanding of the finishing / spraying / oiling processes

Salary and Benefits:

- £40k to £50k dependent on experience and skills
