    About the Role

    We have partnered with a well-established Financial Planning firm in Nottingham to find the ideal candidate for this position. The right individual can look forward to significant earning potential, career growth, and flexibility through our hybrid working model.

    The successful Paraplanner will enjoy:

    • £30,000 - £40,000 Basic (dependent on experience)

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • Diploma status and at least 3 years of paraplanning experience
    • Strong technical knowledge about investment, pension, and life assurance products including their benefits and taxation
    • Good understanding of tax allowances, trusts, and business structures as part of a financial plan

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Paraplanner, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Working collaboratively with financial planners to advise clients
    • Writing financial plans with summary advice and suitability reports for regulated recommendations
    • Preparing assessments and advice for defined benefit pensions and supporting other team members in this area
    • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial plans and ongoing reviews for clients, with subsequent transactions processed accurately and according to service expectations
    • A place on our Investment & Research Committee to shape the advice given
