Description

First install is looking to implement a new role within the business. Our new Warehouse Supervisor should be an individual who wants to progress and develop in the future. An individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and has great communication skills. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager who will provide coaching and development ongoing.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

All goods received are handled, checked, and located correctly.
Returns are recorded and dealt with correctly.
Product is optimised and rotated correctly.
Maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse and yard area.
Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately, efficiently, and effectively to meet agreed delivery schedules.
All administration related to the running of the warehouse is completed accurately and on time.
Make sure that depot security is always maintained.
Assist with stocktakes as required as per Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain stock levels.
Identify areas for continued improvement and / or cost saving.
Liaise with office and site teams to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
Fork Lift truck license and experience highly desired.
