We have an exciting new position for a Project Customer Coordinator based in our newly formed Hub based in Grays.

What you'll be doing

You'll monitor hub store communications between hub store operatives, the central operations team, Projects field team and external customers to ensure a smooth handover of information.

You'll capture purchase order details to enable hub store to despatch and invoice accordingly, also ensuring appropriate credit limit availability alongside supporting the management of aged debt / invoice queries for all Projects hub store customers.

You'll manage order issues in the form of customer complaints and book and co-ordinate 3rd party off load teams where required.

How you will qualify for the role
The experience and skills that will help you hit the ground running are:

Experience or willingness to gain knowledge and understanding of our kitchen products
Being able to use software packages including excel, SAP and Fusion Design
The ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to work on own initiative and within a team
The ability to prioritise own workload with excellent attention to detail
Promote the Magnet brand with a professional outlook
Maths and English to GCSE standard or equivalent
