A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a commercial project based in Oxford Street.

The company are a large M&E contractor who main scope of works are large commercial and industrial projects ranging from £3m - £15m M&E.

They have recently won a project based in Oxford Circus which set to be completed in 2024.

The company have a turnover of £100m + and are actively looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team.

Your Duties will be

Organizing the work of all subcontractors
Health and Safety
Ordering of materials on site
Giving toolbox talks
Managing different mechanical trades
Client progression meetings
Completing daily reports for clients
Producing method statements and risk assessments
Supervisor full mechanical install including, Pipework, Plumbing, AHU, Drainage and Water treatment
Ensuring all tasks are safe and achievable
Visual inspection of test
Overseeing water treatment engineer
Make sure install is correct to drawings
