£43,000-£47,000 Pro-rata

BellCornwall is currently assisting a Charitable Organisation with their search for a Qualified Legal Advisor within Conveyancing who can join them as a Trust Officer.

The role is 100% office based, but is 28 hours spread across four days

Trust Officer Responsibilities:

Updating and advising on relevant legislation
Consulting on legal and property matters
Attending Committee board meetings
Secretarial duties for the Trust Board
Coordinating reports for Trustees
