Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition Initiatives/Prospective Client Engagement:

  • Promote services to potential clients through diverse methods, and market to potential language providers for recruitment.
  • Strive to meet all targets and goals for acquiring new business.
  • Achieve success by engaging in prospecting interactions over the phone, whether based in the office or representing the business externally.

Business Development:

  • Devising and executing strategies to harmonize business operations with overarching business objectives.
  • Proactively identifying weaknesses and employing problemsolving techniques to optimize team processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, in line with business objectives.
  • Exploring additional business opportunities and advancements, while assisting the director and management in attaining their business objectives.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Contribute to our marketing strategies and online presence to increase our reach and relevance to potential customers and Linguists.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support to a dynamic team.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive enviroment. You must have experience in a fast paced business enviroment and experience in customer service. You must hold a marketing or business qualification, preferably a degree If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

  • Stoke Road, ST4 2RW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
