The Company:
UTraining are currently recruiting for a specialist firm based in the North of Tyne (East) area.

These roles are for long term contracts and will be offered a permanent position after a completion of a successful trial period.

Ideally machine operators will have relevant experience or have worked in a manufacturing environment. Machine operating experience would be an advantage but not vital as full training will be given.

All machine operators are expected to fully comply with health and safety regulations demonstrate high levels of housekeeping as well as carrying out any other duties as determined by shift supervisor, including supporting with assembly and testing operations.

All staff are expected to follow SOP's and risk assessments for all production operations.

Previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial but UTraining will provide full training and a line trial.

A positive attitude and willing to learn more skills on the job.

Confidence on the job and happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.


The Hours:

The roles will be on a 2 shift, 3 shift or nightshift pattern with the hourly rate dependent on shift.

2 Shift Rate £12.80 per hour

3 Shift Rate £13.43 per hour

Nightshift Rate £14.68 per hour
