About Our Client:
As an Administrator, you will be a key member of the administrative team, responsible for supporting various office functions and ensuring the efficient operation of daily tasks.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator include:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
- Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome entrylevel applicants.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
