Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a Hastingsbased client who seek a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary, short-term basis.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be assisting with a range of accounts payable duties withina growing finance team.


Duties will include:

  • Processing payment runs and ad hoc payments
  • Processing invoices onto the finance system
  • Managing invoice queries
  • Uploading payments
  • Supplier statements and reconciliations

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working within a finance and/or Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role previously
  • Ability to commute to Hastings offices 12 times per week
