Your profile:


We are looking for an enthusiastic
Partnerships Executive (f/m/x)
to help in maintaining and building new relationships with major brands and retailers in numerous categories, including Home & Living
, Outdoor & Living
, Family & Kids**.


You will have a good eye for trends in your relevant categories, work independently on acquisition of new partners and support them reaching their goals, whilst always considering our community needs.

You will work in tangent with the editorial team to secure the best deals possible from partners within your category for our community.

As part of the partnerships team, this role reports directly to the UK Partnerships Team Lead.


Your responsibilities would include:


  • Proactively developing and enriching the existing partnerships within your categories
  • Onboarding new partners to contribute to the growth of your categories and
  • Becoming wellversed in affiliate marketing
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers internally and externally, sharing developments and key market insights with all stakeholders
  • Understanding our 'communityfirst' methodology and adapt your sales approach accordingly
  • Working with other departments (product, design, marketing, etc.) to bring new ideas and products to the market which will benefit our partners
  • Regular interaction with your international counterparts (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands & Poland) to drive global marketing campaigns for our partners
The qualities we are looking for are:

  • Minimum 12 years sales / business development experience
  • Experience dealing with B2B partnerships from previous key account management and/or sales development roles
  • A proactive approach to work with a high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills, and being solutionoriented
  • Being selfmotivated, with the ability to work on your own while also contributing to the team atmosphere
  • Being comfortable working from home
  • Experience working within the affiliate industry is preferred, but not essential
