As part of the next stage of our development we are building up our Manufacturing team and currently have an opportunity for a
Brake Press Operator based at our UK site in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Role:


To play a key role in the Manufacturing Department, the
Brake Press Operator will have the opportunity to progress in an engineering manufacturing environment through an ongoing, focused development plan.


Duties include:


  • Folding using a programable Amada Press
  • Sheet Metal/Fabrication work
  • Using Sheet metal Machinery e.g. Notcher, Punch, Guillotine
  • Assist the Manufacturing team in general engineering duties

Person:


  • The role would suit a time served Brake Press Operator with experience within a busy engineering environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness and motivation to progress a career in engineering

Salary:
From £16.00 per hour
