Salary:
£90,000 - £110,000 base

They are currently expanding out their Bankingand Financial Services unit in the UK, and are looking for professionals to join them who have solid consulting and leadership experience of executing large-scale business and IT change for BFS clients.

Essential skills and experience to be a GRC Senior Manager

Previous experience of working in a similar consulting firm or capacity in Financial Services
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements for clients
Understanding of modern day changes to the industry, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Blockchain), partnership ecosystems, new regulatory compliance obligations and op models
Experience of successfully managing a team to execute large scaled programme of work (experience of leading entire projects desirable also)
Being familiar with Consumer Duty, Capital requirements, SMCR, MiFID II, Operational Resilience, ESG, Accelerated Settlements, AML/KYC and Sanctions
Be strategically minded to solve client problems and create execution roadmaps to implement changes
Experience of working with key stakeholders to identify wider consulting needs
Developed new consulting capabilities and taken them to the market

Quick assessor of problems and identifier of solutions

As a GRC Senior Manager it is also key to contribute to Development of Practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development.

Coaching and mentoring team members and leading core workstreams are alsopart of this role.
