Purpose of the Role
Key Accountabilities

Advisory Support: Offer counsel and assistance to colleagues, managers and leadership in handling sensitive employee matters, policy violations, and conflict resolution while adhering to established policies and legal requirements.

Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate employees, managers, and HR professionals on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Data Analysis: Utilise people analytics and data to identify trends and areas of concern related to policy adherence, employee engagement, and compliance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our people policies and procedures, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the team
