The Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to to administer the maintenance and management of Combined Accommodation Assessment System (CAAS) Challenges for the Service Family Accommodation (SFA) FDIS contract


CAAS Challenge management is crucial to providing a fair and transparent process for which service personnel are able to contest their Band for Charge rates.

Based at RAF Wyton (Working from Home currently in place)


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • The maintenance of the code changes actively in place and undertake follow up communication with stakeholders
  • Working on a variety of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Communicating with the client (DIO) and regional teams (Pinnacle, Vivo, Amey Comply with service level agreement.
  • Managing an active diary with defined target dates for activity
  • Using knowledge of the MOD Housing Contract (including geographically)
  • Determining the correct coding to be applied to the SFA, the timeframes for the code to remain active and the strength to challenge those that fall outside of this
  • May be required to support other parts of the business within their skillset

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support with training.
  • Ability to constructively challenge and give/ receive feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
