Supply Chain Administrator


Location:
Blantyre


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Shift:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)


Salary:
£23,645 - £24,940


The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain Team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

The role involves working closely with internal and external departments to facilitate efficient supply chain management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to develop the product library and identify opportunities for product rationalization
  • Maintain accurate data in SAP and COM systems, including vendor pricings, material numbers, new product setup, SKU creation, and stock movements
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Team and other departments as needed
  • Cover key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Team in their absence

Profile and Requirements:


  • Proficiency in MRP/SAP systems is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to support vendor relationships, internal customers, and stakeholders across the organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others, internally and externally.
