We are recruiting a full time Junior Content Designer to join the Creative department at Great State, dedicated 100% on a major client, The Royal Navy.

Working especially closely with an Account Manager, Social Media Manager and Junior Creative, you'll be helping deliver dynamic and thumb-stopping paid and organic content across multiple platforms that raises awareness of the Royal Navy and makes the brand relevant and exciting to a Gen Z recruitment audience.

We are looking for someone who can deliver at pace, proactively and reactively jumping on trends within a well-defined publishing strategy, to ideate, prototype and craft social content ranging from Instagram Reels and website features to influencer collaborations.

You will have a flair for receiving ideas, building on them and spinning them up into flawless executions, editing content received from around the world and adding motion graphics that show an understanding for Gen Z aesthetics, attention-span and tonality.

The role requires a good understanding of what cuts through with users on the big social platforms, and be a natural in software such as Canva, Capcut and After Effects.

You should also be capable of shooting authentic content on iPhone and DSLR cameras to complement what we are given by the Royal Navy's own video and photography experts.

A degree in film, video or motion is preferable, and you should be confident that you can collaborate well within an agency team striving to make the Royal Navy a top ten UK brand experience.
