Key responsibilities include

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Maintaining regular contact with existing applicants, generating and conducting viewings
• Ensure all viewings are followed up and provide feedback
• Assisting with preparing floor plans and photography
• Negotiating and closing deals, seeing files through to completion
• Liaising with property management team and administrators
• General administration & property inspections
• Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence (car/fuel allowance paid)
• Enjoy the versatility of going in and out of the office and being in a client facing role
• Manage their time effectively
• Have a polite and confident telephone manner
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Committed to meeting deadlines and targets
• Computer literate
