Data Officer - Housing Association - About The Client:Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Merseyside housing association who are looking to appoint a Data Officer on a temporary basis till March 31st.
The role offers highly flexible and agile working with requirement to be in the office onlyonce a week. The role offers £22.30 per hour umbrella with a start date within the next two weeks.Data Officer - Housing Association - About The Role:
- Support in the delivery of the Group's framework for building safety and compliance data integrity and quality to ensure all the group properties, risks, legal & policy requirements
- To monitor data and work flows within the systems ensuring the end to end processing between internal systems, 3rd party systems is effective
- To ensure systems accurately reflect out legal requirements, compliance status and hold appropriate records and evidence
- To support the transitional team and delivery teams to ensure all data, documents, etc, are accurately recorded
- To provide training and support to colleagues on systems, processes, etc
- Experience within housing
- Intermediate or above experience in Excel (Pivot tables, charts, etc)
- Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Ability to interpret business requirements using a variety of data and experience of the analysis of data
- Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements
