Page Group are excited to be partnered with a national charity to recruit a number of Call Handlers on a full time, permanent basis.

The charity plays an instrumental role in supporting the NHS with healthcare gaps and volunteers.


Client Details

  • Front line support for a variety of cases, ranging from programme troubleshooting through to low level safeguarding concerns
  • A conduit between stakeholders and the programme board by identifying key issues and trends that need addressing
  • Work with colleagues from across the programme to lead on and help resolve escalated cases and queries. Examples of this are volunteer expenses, complaints and any other relevant queries or requests.
  • Ability to work independently and with autonomy as/when required.
  • Competent with technology and working across various digital systems and platforms
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Act as an advocate of the programme to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Due to the programme operating 7 days per week, this role would require weekend and bank holiday availability as essential and it would form part of the normal working pattern.
  • Partake in regular calls and team meetings to develop understanding and key themes


You may be required to support with triaging and/or escalating safeguarding cases during certain off-peak hours, currently forecasted as 5-8pm Mon-Fri and 3pm-8pm Saturday/Sunday.

Your role is to be the first point of contact for volunteers out in the field supporting with day to day issues, including safeguarding.

You will receive all the necessary training needed and the equipment to work from home. This is a fully remote position.


Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare
  • NHS backgrounds are encouraged to apply
