Description
Duties- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
- Experience in lead generation and social media management is a plus
