Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
• Experience in lead generation and social media management is a plus

Pay:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
