This position is term time only
36.5 hours per week
**8:00am
- 4.00pm Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday**
8:00am12:30pm Wednesday
Salary £23,150
Deputy Manager Duties:
- Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS overseeing 'Planning in the moment'
- Lead Safeguarding officer
- Lead SENCO
- Support Manager to help guide the team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships
- Support the manager in all aspects of the setting operation, so that the setting is compliant with Ofsted and setting policies
- Ensure that each child's wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment
Deputy Manager requirements:
- Leadership skills
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of SEN & Safeguarding
- Knowledge of Planning in the moment
- NVQ level 3
