The Opportunity_**A great opportunity has become available for you as Change Coach playing a leading role in identifying and delivering some of the most important changes required in our processes, behaviours and organisation here at EDF Renewables.


Your role will be to scope, analyse, solution design, plan, pilot, implement and lead small and medium work-streams in their entirety.


You'll be accountable for a wide range of deliverables including; securing support for improvement interventions, data analysis and insight, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, solution design, benefit quantification, tracking and realisation of benefits.


You'll also promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and seek opportunities to deploy change methods including lean into the business.

What you'll be doing_**You will use your expert people and behavioural skills to win trust, influence and coach staff to ensure improvement changes are understood, accepted and sustained.

Work with the business to scope, identify and quantify the most important changes required in our processes, behaviours and organisation, identifying those that would benefit from a business improvement intervention and providing expert process analysis;
Build business improvement and lean capability within the organisation, through the coaching, training and mentoring of other team members and business colleagues in the use of business improvement and lean tools/techniques;

Plan and facilitate business improvement interventions and workshops, identifying and engaging the necessary resources and actively engaging key stakeholders in the scoping and execution.


Ensure the maximum Return on Investment (ROI) through benefits realised from business improvement activities in terms of people, quality, time and cost.

What do you need to be great at this role?_**You'll have strong proven investigative, facilitative and analytical skills, which may include Lean, Operational Excellence or Organisational Learning techniques.


  • Proven ability to produce actionable insights from scoping and data analysis, including the ability to map and analyse processes.
  • Experience of developing business benefit cases for business change workstreams/interventions,
  • Demonstrates strong communication, presentation and written skills, with relevant experience of dealing with senior leaders and third parties.
  • Good demonstrable experience and track record of delivering, facilitating and supporting workshops/workstreams across all levels of an organisation.
  • A good coach and "people person" who engenders trust and influences behavioural change.
  • High energy, ethics and personal drive.
  • Graduate or equivalent business career, experienced in business analysis and having good operational experience.
  • Accredited to LCS 1c Practitioner preferable. If not already held, the job holder will be expected to undertake this training in role.

Location:
Based from our North East office, with a willingness to travel within the UK to host workshops. You therefore must be OK with overnight stays within the UK.
