Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Company & Trust Administrator to join their team.


As a Senior Company & Trust Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administration of company structures and trusts.

Your in-depth knowledge of corporate and trust administration, attention to detail, and leadership skills will contribute to the efficient operation and compliance of our client entities.


Position Overview:


The Senior Company & Trust Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administration of company structures and trusts for clients.

This position involves working within a corporate services or financial institution environment and requires a deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and trust management.

The Senior Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of company and trust structures while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Company and Trust Administration:

  • Manage a portfolio of companies, trusts, and other legal entities for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to company and trust structures.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Corporate Governance:

  • Oversee the administration of company and trust boards, including organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and managing resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices and legal requirements.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records for companies and trusts, including ownership details, beneficial ownership, and transaction history.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay current with local and international regulatory changes impacting company and trust structures.
  • Ensure that entities under administration remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Financial Management:

  • Assist with financial management tasks, including banking arrangements, invoicing, and financial reporting for entities under administration.

Due Diligence and KYC:

  • Conduct client due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with antimoney laundering regulations.

Client Onboarding and Structuring:

  • Participate in client onboarding processes, assisting with the establishment of new entities and structures.
  • Provide guidance on the appropriate legal structures based on clients' objectives.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Mentor and guide junior administrators, providing support, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead by example and uphold best practices in company and trust administration.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve client service.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in company and trust administration within a corporate services provider, law firm, or financial institution.
  • Indepth knowledge of company and trust laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Professional certifications such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of international financial regulations, antimoney laundering (AML), and KYC procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal and financial documentation related to company and trust administration.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and compliance matters.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Problemsolving skills to address complex administrative challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ethical mindset and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
  • Proficiency in using corporate administration software and tools.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
