Vice President/Director ETF Sales (London)


What is the opportunity?
You will be a Vice President or Director within ETF Sales


What will you do?

  • Distribution and coverage of ETF clients across EMEA
  • Scope includes ETF providers, ETF clients, and internal marketing of ETF's across Global Markets EMEA;
  • Distribute ETF product and cover ETF clients with an annually agreed production target, and agreed target client list
  • Actively expand and enhance both existing clients and new relationships across Global Markets
  • Sell the full ETF platform both internally and externally
- internal marketing includes ongoing awareness and education of the product, and connectivity across clients

  • Proactively work with other areas in Global Markets to source crosssell opportunities
  • Establish good communication channels with key partners including trading, sales, SRM, strategy
  • Support our global franchise
  • Work with credit and documentation to ensure that risks are minimized for both the bank and clients

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • High level of market experience in an ETF Sales role or ETF Capital Markets role
  • A strong understanding of the European ETF landscape at buy
  • Must be able to identify and onboard new customers
  • Strong networking skills
  • Familiar with pricing, discussing and trading of ETF's
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering procedures
  • Knowledge of the responsibilities and roles of bank functions supporting business, and the ability to coordinate and direct these to meet business requirements
  • Ability to drive transactions through product knowledge and understanding of client behaviour
  • Strong ethics and a team player
  • Thorough knowledge of all mainstream ETF, Equity, Macro and Spread products
