Description
The position requires a professional, reliable administrator with vibrant personality and excellent telephone manner. Key functions of the role include,- Answering telephone calls, taking messages and assisting with telephone queries where possible or forwarding through to the relevant sales adviser/Manager.
- Ensure administration of Motor Market internal software package is kept constantly up to date.
- Involves booking vehicles into stock, recording all relevant information.
- Ensure all our vehicles are photographed and advertised on Motor Market website and any other marketing channels.
- Ensure all sales/marketing point of sale material is properly displayed on every vehicle at dealership.
- Prepare invoices and customer collection packs for sold vehicles.
- Ensure month end paperwork required for accountant is collated, accurate and presented within agreed times scales.
- Ensure compliance paper trail is in order for monthly audit.
A good knowledge of Microsoft is essential (Adobe Photoshop preferred, but could be quickly learnt).
Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
Salary:
£14,206.00-£19,760.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
