Description

Online Fulfilment is a warehouse and distribution company focused on supporting smaller businesses with both their B2B and B2C orders.

We are looking for an administrator to oversee the finances of the business including data input, credit control and VAT Returns


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor payments of all Direct Debit accounts
  • Ensure timely payments of all invoices
  • Manage and oversee payroll
  • Manage and oversee all credit control

Key Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy combined with prompt task completion.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Bookkeeping on Sage online.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£15.00 per hour
