Location:
Hybrid - Home Working & Office Working (Min 1 day a week in our Horsforth Head Office).


Salary:
£35 - £45k

About the role:


What you will be doing:


  • Responsible for directly sourcing talent for permanent and contractor roles, including: full attraction planning, job fairs, headhunting, targeted searching, networking events, direct advertising, CV searching, referrals, and coordinating agency partners.
  • Effectively pipeline and talent pool for current and future roles in order to proactively support future demands, effectively partnering the business and building relationships with appropriate industries for pipelining.
  • Proactively partner and support key stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle, including conducting a role qualification to fully understand role requirements, providing bespoke and accurate recruitment expertise, and agreeing recruitment timescales and processes.
  • Use internal and external data and market intelligence to inform the sourcing methods and build attraction plans.
  • Build market maps for potential hires within UK and abroad.
  • Actively participate in discussions about potential hires and offering guidance to hiring managers.
  • Conduct screening interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Administrate any job offers and update the ATS.
  • Attend industry events where applicable

About you:


Essential Requirements:


  • Highly experienced in talent acquisition either from an Inhouse or Agency background, ideally covering technical recruitment, and experienced with both permanent and contractor recruitment.
  • Experience in recruiting for technology, digital and professional services roles.
  • Experienced handson talent acquisition expert.
  • Excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A whizz on LinkedIn and experience of using an ATS.
  • Knowledge and experience of using a range of talent acquisition methods and solving short term & long term technology gaps and filling difficult to fill roles.
  • Excellent knowledge and market intelligence of the technology market in the UK in particular in Yorkshire.
  • Recruitment legislation knowledge.
  • Experience of using headhunting techniques, designing bespoke recruitment campaigns, and creating an effective talent pipeline.
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment marketing practices inclusive of social media platforms.
  • Experience of providing recruitment advice in line with HR policy and employment law.
  • General understanding of the Data Protection Act and GDPR (2018), the Equality Act and general employment law.

  • Stakeholder management skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Good problemsolving skills with the ability to use initiative.
  • Positive, proactive, enthusiastic and the ability to be a selfstarter and work unsupervised.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with every aspect of work.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and make informed decisions.

Desirable Requirements:


  • Understanding of IR35
