Snapshot of the Role:


  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Employment Status: Full Time
  • Location: Burton on Trent
  • Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain

Key Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of administration experience, preferably in the HGV rental/contract hire sector
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics in relevant industries (advantageous)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Competence in collating, interpreting, and taking action on information
  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives
  • Familiarity with vehicle finance products (advantageous)
  • Understanding of residual value (advantageous)
  • UK driving license (mandatory, as travel may be required)

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the procurement and supply chain manager
  • Assist the procurement and supply chain department
  • Generate standard vehicle quotations
  • Process contract requests
  • Liaise and follow up with suppliers
  • Oversee the procurementtodelivery process for vehicles
  • Maintain strict quality control measures
