A major UK bank is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join its team based in Glasgow on an initial 6-month contract.

This will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within a customer-focussed rolewithin the financial services industry, as you assist customers to find the best solution to their financial situation and make memorable experiences.

Please be advised this role will be working remotely however you will need to be a commutable distance to the client's offices in Glasgow for occasional visits.

The role is a full time 35hr week, where you will work shifts between Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Training is provided.

This role will be dealing with receiving complaints through a variety of channels, logging the complaint, using various systems to provide complaint handlers with evidence to complete their investigation and making payments and closing off the complaint.


As a Customer Support Associate ,you will:

  • Be responsible for delivering a first-class service to customers by ensuring the information from complaints are captured with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
  • See the endtoend process of complaint handling, from original logging, capturing data in order to assist in the investigation, processing payments and finally closing off the complaint.
  • Assist the operation with the progression of the complaint through to closure.

To be a successful Customer Support Associate you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A huge amount of passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to listen, understand and respond professionally
  • Basic excel knowledge and ability to use
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • A dedication to attention to detail
