Vacancy for Procurement Officer

September 2023

Permanent, Full-time 37 hours per week, all year round

Grade 10 SCP 32-35 £38,296 - £41,496 per year

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Invictus Education Trust are looking to appoint a Procurement Officer, this is an exciting new opportunity based within Invictus's centralised team and this role is an integral part of the Trust's central team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, talented individual who has experience of procurement activity and will be able to lead on procurement across the Trust.

You will report into the Head of Estates and working with a wide range of stakeholders; Headteachers, Facilities and Operations Managers and Finance Assistants across the Trust's schools.

You will need to be;

Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant discipline; OR
Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualification and membership or working towards,
An excellent communicator,
Able to manage people and relationships at a senior level (CEO, Headteacher, CFO and Trustees).
