Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice HR Administrator to join our HR operations team.


With over 12,000 staff employed at our trust, the HR Administrator role is vital in ensuring contractual queries and changes are completed with 100% accuracy and compliance; along with ensuring pay queries are responded to in a timely manner.


Primarily focusing on the internal hire process alongside various essential data cleanse reports; there will also be opportunities to be involved in more project-driven pieces of work as they arise, covering our reception function and being involved in the overall onboarding process of our new starters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR administrator, you'll:


  • Process internal new starters onto the payroll system
  • Process contract changes
  • Regular data cleansing
  • Have regular contact with the recruitment team and payroll on any payrelated or contractual queries
  • Involvement with payrelated projects such as TUPE transfers as they arise
  • Being involved in covering the reception function, greeting our customers and assisting where needed
  • Providing assistance to the onboarding team that will include chasing preemployment checks and raising contracts of employment


We are open Monday to Friday 8 am-6 pm and 8 am -12 pm on Saturdays so flexibility to deliver these shifts is essential with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
