Description

We are looking for a marketing professional to join The Lettings Hub, working closely with our Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of delivering an ambitious marketing strategy.


To be successful in the role, you'll be an experienced marketeer with a love of content-led marketing with an exceptional eye for detail and passion for writing content across all marketing channels.

Keeping your finger on the pulse of the lettings industry is essential to ensure that our content campaigns hit the interests of our audience and helps drive our lead generation activity.

You will also be able to work independently and be proactive in coming up with new ideas and strategies.

This is a part-time post circa 20 hours per week, with one day a week in the Peterborough office
- £28,000-£30,000 pro rata.


Responsibilities include:


  • Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, eBooks, blog posts, press awareness, and a reputation of The Lettings Hub as a thought leader and information resource.
  • Support development a content strategy that supports developing thought leadership, driving awareness and lead generation.
  • Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar.
  • Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communications.
  • Deliver digital content, ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Be data driven and confident using data to measure results and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently.

Skills & Experience:


  • 3 years marketing experience
  • Experience with Web Content Management Systems.
  • Experience of using CRM system to deliver marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience of Adobe Creative Software including InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.
  • Good timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Criticalthinker and problemsolver.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
