Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of a sector-leading research and innovation company, They are currently looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join their team for a nine-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesYou will be responsible for the perforation of action plans, analysing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources for the PM.
You will work closely with regards to Change Activities, in particular with the new Funding Service, but also including other Change projectsContribute to team performance management and planning including delivery of Service Level Agreements (time, cost and quality)
Contribute to the success and represent the client externally when needed
Contribute to resource planning where required
Contribute to managing a portfolio of investments
Act as a point of contact and escalation for enquiries from applicants
Manage meetings (e.g. preparing meeting papers/index and checking minutes)
Oversee post meeting decision processes
Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders in the process, both external and internal
Contribute to, and implement Continuous Improvement ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of the process ensuring they are equipped to handle change
Required Skills/Experience
Project admin experience
Performance management experience
Worked on resource planning and managed investments
A degree/equivalent qualification in a relevant social science discipline or the ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge and skill
Planning and organisational skills, including an ability to prioritise and manage complex activities whilst maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and to manage the work of others to successfully deliver projects
Ability to influence and persuade others, work with people of all levels and to build good relationships with them
Numeracy skills and the ability to evaluate/analyse and act on complex information of various forms
Good to have Skills:
Worked on projects that have been change focus
Good communication skills:
able to communicate in a straightforward, honest and engaging manner, using appropriate styles and methods to maximise impact and understanding
