About you

  • You are passionate about the success of the Moonpig gifting and flower ranges, your attention to detail and agile ways of working mean that you own how each and every product is set up on the Moonpig site. Ensuring, always, the set up will drive success against the business KPIs.
  • Your can do attitude means you are always ready to get stuck into all tasks, a team player that understands the impact their role has on the overall commercial team.
  • Although potentially no previous experience within a buying and commercial team, an understanding and commercial acumen is essential for the role.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Own the set up of all products on to the platform aligning with the range plan and business needs
  • Collate product information from suppliers such as specifications and warnings, ensuring this is translated on site where needed
  • Ensure all products have the required Moonpig copy and a high level of photography ready for launch
  • Align with Supply chain on when products are due in to stock and ensure there are no unplanned delays to products launching
  • Setting up promotions across the site in line with the trade plan as well as ad hoc reactive promotions
  • Support sample submission for product/lifestyle photoshoots
  • Ensure all assets for products are stored in an organised fashion on and offline and can be accessed quickly for any required creative work
  • Coordinate all sample requests from Marketing and Creative to ensure costs are kept low and samples are used efficiently
  • Support the Moonpig charity committee by planning and executing regular sample sales
  • Supporting the Buying team with all adhoc tasks

Skills we are looking for:


  • Focus on putting the customer first
  • Proficient in the use of G-Suite, specifically Sheets and Slides
  • Good attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Team player
  • Demonstrates a passion for product
  • Cando attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a retail setting (Desirable)
  • Photoshop/design skills (Desirable)
